Meet Dr. Briar!
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Briar is passionate about helping patients of all ages find relief from dental pain, restore their smiles, and feel confident in their oral health. He believes every patient deserves to feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their dental experience. Whether providing routine care or helping someone regain confidence in their smile, Dr. Briar strives to make every visit a positive one. Dr. Briar recently moved to Nacogdoches with his wife and their cats and has quickly fallen in love with the community. Outside the office, he enjoys photography, birdwatching, playing piano, mountain biking, camping, and exploring the outdoors. You might even spot him strolling down Main Street or visiting a local festival or farmers market! He looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and serving the Nacogdoches community at Apex Dental.

Meet Dr. Mustafa Al Mahdawi!
Originally from Iraq, Dr. Mustafa Al Mahdawi moved to the United States in 2017 and earned his dental degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine in California. Dr. Al Mahdawi enjoys providing dental care and making a positive difference in the lives of his patients. He values the opportunity to serve his community and help individuals and families maintain healthy, confident smiles. Outside the office, Dr. Al Mahdawi enjoys playing sports, video games, and exploring Middle Eastern cuisine. He especially loves trying different traditional dishes and spending time enjoying his favorite hobbies.
